Note: this poem was previously published on StoneLeaf & Co. as part of a longer post. I decided to reuse it here. It helps describe the weight of depression and how I’m reminded that God shelters me. Since I’ve recently come through a deeper depression than my usual ebb and flow, I thought this was a good time to share this poem again.
